In 1980, well before the running hype we are now (still) experiencing, Runners Service opened the first Running Specialist Store in Belgium. The technology used to design and develop running shoes is still evolving. RSLAB made significant contributions to this development. RSLAB remains the place to be for professional advice on functional footwear, orthopedic modifications and custom orthotics!

Since day one the orthotics are manufactured in our own workshop. Previously in Beveren and since 2011 in Zwijndrecht. For our analyses we use a patented 2 meter Footscan® plate. This pressure measurement system is a successful international project of Jempi Willsens, the owner of RSLAB and RSscan.

The RSLAB expertise is also known among top athletes. Paula Radcliffe, marathon record-holder, is a regular customer at RSLAB. And Greg Lemond believed to have won the Tour de France also because of the RSLAB orthotics.
