DEXA SCANNER Determine leg length discrepancy

In combination with the Diers back scan, when suspecting an effective difference in leg length, we use the DEXA scan (X-rays) to determine the leg length discrepancy. (The radiation received by the patient during the scan is less than that of an airline flight from California to New York and back).

We scan the effective length of the femur and tibia. If there is a remarkable and potentially problematic difference, adjustments to shoes, insoles or orthotics may be required. Consulting a doctor and / or physiotherapist before adjusting is always an option. All adjustments are made in our own workshop in Zwijndrecht.

A Dexa scan costs 25,00 EUR. Only available in the Zwijndrecht store and by appointment..
